    2-3-rd level - Shopping mall “SkyMall”, Kiev, Vatytina ave.,

Participants: 32 Teams – each team – 2 players,

Tournament Schedule:
  11 August
    - 9.00 a.m - teams meeting and draw – at the venue – Weekend Billiard Club
    -10.00 a.m. - opening ceremony and followed by the start of matches,
  12 August
    10.00 a.m. – start of matches
    3.p.m. – semi-finals,
    5 p.m. – final
    6.p.m. – award ceremony.

Sport system
    Double elimination + single elimination ; 9-ball;  race to 7,  alternate break, scotch double.

Dress code
    Formal trousers  and shoes, Polo shirts (collared and identical in color and logos for  the team)
    Polo shirts must clearly display  the flag or name of the country or clubs, logo of the sponsors and sticker of the anti-doping program – SAY NO! TO DOPING.  

Prize money – 4.000 euro + cup + medals
    1 place- 1.600 €;
    2 place – 1.100 €,
    3 place – 800 €.
    4 place – 500 €

Entry fee
    50 €  - Members and partners of the EBC
               (Poland, Estonia, Russia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Latvia, Belarus),
    90€ - Others  - invitation
